My/Our general health is good, and that in participating in the Trans Boundary Eco Tour operated by the Friends of the Arava Institute, Ltd., and the Arava Institute for Environmental Studies, I/we assume as personal risks all the hazards of international travel. So as not to restrict the generality of the foregoing, the risks and hazards of international travel shall include remoteness, equipment and facility failure, human error and any environmental or security hazards.  In consideration of your acceptance of my/our application, I/we will not hold the Friends of the Arava Institute, Ltd., and/or the Arava Institute for Environmental Studies or their employees, officers, directors and agents liable for any loss or injury to persons or property.  I/We hereby release and forever discharge the Friends of the Arava Institute, Ltd., and the Arava Institute for Environmental Studies, their employees, officers, directors and agents from any liability whatsoever arising as a result of my/our participation in the Trans Boundary Eco Tour, and I/we declare that this waiver of liability and release is binding upon me/us, my/our heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.  I/We understand and accept that in the case of persons under the age of eighteen years, this waiver of liability and release is acknowledged and agreed upon on their behalf by a parent or guardian who thereby assumes all risks and responsibility for any loss or injury to the child.
