Cost and Payment Time Table:
The dates of the Eco-Tour have been changed. The new dates are February 17th-25th 2013.
The new early bird discounted rate date is October 15, 2012. Registration Fee: $600
After October 15, 2012: Registration Fee - $900
November 26, 2012: Second Payment Due - $1350 per person
December 31, 2012: Final Payment Due - $1350 per person
December 31, 2012: Single Occupancy Supplement Due - $750
Cancellation Policies:
The registration fee is
not refundable.

If you cancel by December 15, 2012 all funds, except the registration, will be refunded.

If you cancel after December 15, 2012 but before April 30, 2012, 50% of the total funds will be refunded.
If someone has to leave in
the middle of the trip due to medical or family emergency they will
receive a partial refund of any cancellable commitments.
Changes due to security?

If the program must be
cancelled for security reasons a full refund is available.

If we know by February 7, 2013
that the program must be modified due to security concerns participants
will have the option to participate with a revised itinerary or
cancel. If we do not have a minimum of 15
attendees with the modified agenda the program will be cancelled and refunds
will be available.
